1 pack of dumpling skin
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder
3 pieces of cayenne pepper, cut into small
2 spring onions, finely chopped
10 pieces of lime leaves, thinly sliced
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp rice flour
1 teaspoon whiting
1/2 pieces of purple potato, grated
Cooking oil to taste
How to Make:
Wader Season the fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Shake off all the eggs, put all ingredients except flour and whiting, stir until thickened.
Add 1 tablespoon water whiting, then enter 1 tbsp flour.
Wader fish mix into the batter. Then heat the oil.
Wrap the dough fishing wader with dumpling skin, then fry until cooked. Do the same thing until the last batter.
After all cooked, remove from heat and serve.
